Return Eligibility – 30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, and signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or refunded partially at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Undergarments, socks, and other intimate items
- Worn or damaged merchandise
- Gift cards and digital downloads
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@pallur.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges – After Receiving Item
If you’ve received your order but need a different size or item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us at support@pallur.com with your order number and reason for exchange. You will need to return the original item in unused, original condition.
If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a full refund.
Return shipping costs for exchanges—such as size—are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement (if available).
Refunds – Within 7 Business Days
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pallur.com. Provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the item received
We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or full refund if necessary.
Address Errors and Returns
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
