Orders & Shopping
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your item, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We allow cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@pallur.com for any changes.
3. How do I know my order was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within an hour, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
4. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and receive early access to new collections and offers.
Shipping & Delivery
5. Where does Pallur ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5 – 7 business days after shipping. Check our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders within the U.S., regardless of weight or quantity.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s progress directly from that link.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

10. How do I exchange an item?
After delivery, exchanges are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

11. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
12. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We’re so sorry! Please email support@pallur.com within 30 days of delivery, along with a photo and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
