Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

Please note that during high-demand periods, such as promotional sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended slightly. However, we always strive to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on your shipping location and package size

Please understand that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues that are beyond our control.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee

We offer a simple and affordable flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all domestic orders – regardless of quantity, weight, or destination within the U.S.

This helps ensure predictable costs for you, whether you’re ordering a single tennis dress or stocking up on a full set of gear. Periodic free shipping promotions may be available – subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for the latest updates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after the package leaves our facility.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pallur.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered your responsibility.
Pallur is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If you suspect your package is lost or has been stolen:

  • First, check around your delivery location, ask neighbors, or contact your building management.
  • Next, contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
  • If you are still unable to locate the package, contact our support team. While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate the situation.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address (such as a residence with someone available or a workplace) whenever possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses submitted during checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Changing Shipping Address After Placing an Order

If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@pallur.com. We can only make changes to the shipping address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once the package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it. In such cases, you may need to wait for the package to be returned to our facility, and reshipping fees may apply.

Shipping Limitations

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Orders placed with these shipping destinations may be canceled or delayed until a valid address is provided.

Business Days and Holidays

Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding national U.S. holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday will begin processing the following business day.

Please account for these factors when estimating your delivery window.

Returns & Exchanges

At Pallur, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a straightforward and customer-friendly Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Return Eligibility- 30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, and signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or refunded partially at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Undergarments, socks, and other intimate items
  • Worn or damaged merchandise
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@pallur.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges – Within 24 Hours of Order

If you need to exchange an item, we offer free exchanges for size or product adjustments within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be changed or exchanged until it is delivered.

To request an exchange, email support@pallur.com with your order number and updated request. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

If your preferred item or size is unavailable, we can offer a store credit or proceed with a return after delivery.

Refunds – Within 7 Business Days

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@pallur.com. Provide:

  • Photo of the item received
