Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached and the item must be returned in original packaging
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, and damage

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
  • Undergarments and socks
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

If you return an ineligible item, we may reject the refund or return it to you at your expense.


How to Request a Refund

To begin the refund process, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email support@pallur.com with your:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. This may include:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Other payment platforms used during checkout

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item). In such cases, Pallur will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.


Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@pallur.com with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

We will prioritize your case and offer a full refund or free replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. First, check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Then contact your payment provider – it may take additional time to process
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@pallur.com
